about the villa: APPARTAMENTO CORSO C on 03/10/2011
We were a group of 4 single women who stayed in one of the larger apartments which could sleep 6 if necessary. We were very pleased with the apartment. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable and even the sofa bed was adequate for sleeping. The beds were made up with clean, crisp sheets and the pillows and mattresses were clean. We were lucky because there were 2 shower rooms with a basin and toilet in each, but we understand not all of the apartments have 2. The apartments were ideal for us because of their central location and even though we faced the main street the only night there was any noise after midnight was the saturday. The only slight drawback was the lack of a toaster, grill or conventional oven. Oh, and the church bells at 7am!!

about the villa: VILLA PIZZO on 30/09/2011

about the villa: VILLA GIOVANNA on 24/09/2011
While the entire experience at villa Giovanna was excellent, nothing prepared us for the simple pleasure of enjoying beautiful sunsets from the terrace with swimming pool which is comfortable and seductive; in fact this is where we spent most of our time. The photos of the house accurately reflect the house and its amenities. Parking is near the villa. The house, the location and the abundance of things to do and places to visit will leave a lasting impression of a great week's vacation.

about the villa: VILLA LUX on 22/09/2011
"Ideal luxury villa for mixed groups and families" Spacious luxury villa close to town centre with lovely outdoor dining. Ideal for large family of mixed ages or group of friends as bedrooms offer privacy and great air con!. Lots of space for relaxing and dining and small pool ideal after a hot day. Safe and secure within 15 mins walk to town square. Being close to town centre there is some traffic noise but not enough to cause any issues. Location ideal and would recommend and return. Owner lives on site but unobtrusive and extremely helpful.

My husband, and two young children rented this beautiful house for one week in early June. We found the house very well appointed. Daniela, from the agency spoke very good english and was incrediably accomodating and helpful. She treated us like friends, she was a fantastic host. There is a bus stop 20 metre from the villa which will take you into the heart of Sorrento. Which is great if you can tear yourself away from the terrace that overlooks the island of Capri and Vesuvius. We will be back!

about the villa: VILLA Il PRINCIPE on 12/08/2011
I almost hate to give this villa a great review as I want to keep it a secret. I recently stayed here with 6 other women for a girls trip. It was nearly perfect. The villa itself is beautiful. I think the pictures don't do it justice. It is neatly decorated, the grounds are stunning and it was big enough to accommodate the 7 of us comfortably. The location is excellent as well. Easily walkable to everything -- the main piazza, the beaches, great restaurants, public transportation -- you name it. Daniela and Antonio were extremely helpful in arranging excursions for us and providing useful information about the area. They definitely took care of us. As every review should include positives and negatives, the one negative I will say is that when we were leaving, we were surprised to learn that we had to pay extra four over usage of electricity. That seemed strange to me as we were hardly ever in the villa except at night when we were sleeping. The possibility of that extra charge should ahve been clarified upfront. That's why I said nearly perfect. I would definitely stay here again though.

We celebrated my friend Rore's birthday (7 women) in this beautiful villa. It was the perfect home base for our excursions to Capri, Positano, Amalfi and Pompeii. Daniela and Antonio were so helpful with our planning and as a result we ate at wonderful restaurants and had perfect day trips. (My favorite being a private boat from Serano Bay to Capri.) The house was so lovely and comfortable. The yard and grounds were meticulously kept and we were blessed with perfect weather. I would recommend this villa to any large family or group. I will forever be grateful to Rore for booking it and planning her own birthday party on the Amalfi Coast.

about the villa: APPARTAMENTO VERVECE B on 04/08/2011
The photographs on the website do not do just apartment justice. It exceeded all out expectations. It is a bright and spacious and very well equipped. The pool was just fabulous. The views from the apartment and pool are amazing. The apartment is situated in a small rural village and overlooks the harbour and lemon and olive groves. It is a quiet area, perfect for relaxing. Sorrento is only about 15 mins bus ride away. I would highly recommend this apartment and our group thoroughly enjoyed its stay here. If you would like to do a boat trip to Capri/Alamfi/Positano, just ask in the Tourist Office and they will arrange it for you from the nearby port-highly recommend it.

about the villa: VILLA DEI GALLI on 30/07/2011
Relaxing in comfort Villa dei Galli has everything we needed for a relaxing family stay. All the rooms are comfortable, 2 main bedrooms are spacious. Well equipped modern kitchen. No air con, but one fan was provided. The kids adored the pool. It's not very big and not too deep so just perfect for a family. The terrace has wonderful views and just invites you to relax. We have been to Sorrento before and knew that Sant'Agata is a fair distance from Sorrento. It can cost up to 50 Euros by taxi, which seems a lot for a 15 minute drive. The bus service is fine, so you don't really need a car. However, it is several minutes walk from the bus stop to the villa, mostly uphill. Just a gentle stroll most of the time, but quite far enough if you have suitcases or need to carry tired, small children. We went to Sorrento and Pompeii, but were happy to spend a lot of time at the villa. Sant'Agata has decent food shops, including 2 small supermarkets, and several good restaurants so you can get everything you need locally. We were there a week and had two plumbing problems: the washing machine wasn't working due to a blocked drain, then the dishwasher hose burst resulting in a pretty bad flood all over the living area. On both occasions the owner got the problems sorted out within a few hours of us reporting them but he was pretty grumpy the second time. If it hadn't been for this (which hopefully won't happen to anyone else) I would have given an overall rating of 5/5.

The house has everything you need and the view is just stunning. About 500 meters above Positano, a 15 minutes by car from town. The view and surroundings totally makes up for the slightly remote locatioon. Can nothing but recommend it. Great stay!

The staff made this place! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They helped us to pick the different sites we should see and how to get there. The place was great too and in a perfect location. Thank you for a WONDERFUL stay in Sorrento.
