» What languages are spoken by your staff ?

English, French, Spanish and Italian.

» What are the condition for check-in?

The check-in is possible from 13.00 Hrs till 20.00 Hrs.
From 20.00 Hrs there will be a surcharge of Euro 40,00 to be paid at your arrive.
Present proof of identity (passport/identity card).
Pay the balance for the apartment/villa.
Pay deposit agreed and communicated in advance for accommodation booked. Said deposit to be refunded to you on departure after our checking that there has been no damage to the property or furnishings.

» What are the condition for check-out?

Unless previously agreed with us, the accommodation must be vacated by 10.30 Hrs on the day of departure.

» What do I do to confirm a booking?

Send a written confirmation by e-mail or fax, including details of the booking and personal details.

» What do I do to cancel a booking?

» What services will be offered by your office?

Book Sorrento Villas will supply useful information for your stay: road map and trails in the Sorrentine peninsula, information on bus services, shops, restaurants and beaches near the property reserved and indication of art and folkloristic events which may be taking place during your stay.
Telephone assistance 24 hour to 24.

» Do you provide bed linen and towels?

Yes, we will provide bed linen (sheets and pillow cases) and towels (bath towels and face towels).

» Can I rent for less than a week, and is the rental period always Saturday to Saturday?

We usually preffer the check-in and check-out from Saturday till Saturday but on request we can arrange check-in and check-out on any day of the week.

» We are not sure yet how many of us will be able to come. Is it a problem adding more people at a lat

No problem! Each property will welcome up to the advertised number of guests. You can always add more names at later times, as well as host unexpected guests - as long as the number of sleeping places shown on the description of the property is not exceeded.

» Can I use a credit card to pay for the rental?

Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

» How will we know how to find the property and will someone be there to show us around?

We will send you directions to get to the property as soon as we receive the balance for your reservation. The property owner or a representative will be waiting for you at the property or at another easy-to-find spot, as described in the directions.

» I could not find the answer I'm looking for!
