POSITION

You will be roughly 1 km from Nerano. You will find the closest restaurants, a grocery store and the bars at less than 200 meters away. The stop for SITA bus Sant'Agata - Massa Lubrense- Sorrento line is at 100 meters and the closest beach (Marina del Cantone beach) at 200 meters. You will reach Villa Marina from the parking area and climbing about 24 stairs. The villa is at less than 6 km from Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi and Massa Lubrense.
For a successful stay at Villa Marina we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the parking alee (for 2 cars).
Villa Marina is perfect if you like to spend your holiday near the beach, surrounded by nature. Nerano Bay is at less than 200 meters away. From here, you will be able to rent boats for a daily trip to Capri Island or to the Amalfi Coast. You can even take a nice diving class.

From Villa Marina arrived to the main square of Nerano following the main road for a few meters towards Marina del Cantone and then taking the path on the right, you will be to the Jeranto Bay, the focal point of the Natural Marine Reserve of Punta Campanella.
Nerano is popular for its typical fish based cuisine. It also has some excellent restaurants, where it is possible to dinner close by the sea, tasting the best products of the Amalfi and Sorrento Coast.

TYPOLOGY

Villa Marina has huge open spaces; terraces equipped with table and chairs, barbecue area and the private above ground swimming pool (7x4 meters) equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. From every angle of the villa you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea, the Gulf of Salerno and of Nerano Bay.

Ground Floor

You will reach the ground floor from the terrace.
Once entered, you will find the large living room equipped with table and chairs for six people, SATELITE TV, Internet WI-FI and a double sofa bed. The furnishing is elegant and modern. From the living room you will enjoy a nice view of the sea. The room is equipped with air conditioning and heating as well. You can access the terrace as well through a French door.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer and ice machine, a coffee machine, a four- burner gas cooker, an electric oven and the microwave.
The first bedroom has one matrimonial bed and en suite bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi. Is equipped with satellite TV, Internet WI-FI and private terrace with table and chairs with a splendid view of the sea.

First Floor

You will reach the First Floor from the Ground Floor through an external staircase of about 17 stairs.
Here you will find a large terrace, the barbecue and the above ground private swimming pool. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs for 12 people (ideal for outside dinners), sofas, sun beds and umbrellas.
From the terrace, you will have access to the first floor of the villa. Once entered, you will find the large living room equipped with table and chairs for 8 people, SATELITE TV, Internet WI-FI and a double sofa bed. The furnishing is elegant and modern. From the living room you will enjoy a nice view of the sea. The room is equipped with air conditioning and heating as well. You can access the terrace as well through a French door.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, a coffee machine, a two- burner electric cooker, an electric oven, the dishwasher, a toaster and the microwave. From the kitchen you have access to the barbecue area.
Near the kitchen you will find a bathroom with shower and the laundry room with the washing machine and the clothes dryer.

Second Floor

You will reach the Second Floor from the First Floor through an internal staircase of about 15 stairs.
Here you will find the sleeping area with three bedrooms.
Two bedrooms have matrimonial beds and SATELITE TV. Both of them are facing to the garden. The two bedrooms divide one bathroom with shower.
The third bedroom has one French bed with en suite bathroom with shower. It has a SATELITE TV and a private terrace with table and chairs with stunning views of the sea.

Without any doubt, the best part of the villa is the terrace and the swimming pool, equipped with table, chairs, sun beds and umbrellas with a splendid view of the sea and the "I TRE PIZZI" hill.
The villa was recently restored on 2013. The outside as the insides are well maintained and the furniture is characteristic and cozy.

The villa offers the daily cleaning 4 hours a day and a welcome dinner in a local restaurant with 2 meals dishes plus dessert (beverages excluded) included in the price.

On request, you can have organized at the villa the breakfast, lunch and dinner with the private chef, helicopter pick-up and much more.
