The position of this villa is perfect: a quiet area at a few steps from Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi, at a few km from Nerano beach (where you can rent boats and make diving). The villa is about one hour walking distance, through blooming greens and breath-taking views, from the enchanting fishing town named Crapolla and from the Amalfi coast (Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Cetara).
Sant'Agata was a must see even from the time of the "Grand Tour", the long journey on the European continent that was imposed on the descendants of the English nobility of the eighteenth century.
Even then, this place was considered a unparalleled beauty, fascinating by its nature, but also for the beautiful mythological legends about the mermaids. Even today, you can lose yourself in the warm embrace of vegetation leading to the "Desert" terrace, where you can see the intense beauty of the two Bays or the sinuous profile of the island of Capri.
After observing the natural wonders of this land the best thing to do is to try them at table, where "Sant'Agata tomatoes" await you to season the typical "insalata caprese" or let groped by the particular varieties of lemons grown in Sant'Agata, called "femminiello ovale", particularly for its aromatic rind.
In the evening, dinner in one of the typical restaurants of downtown, where you can enjoy the genuine local farmer dishes. Don't hesitate to ask at your table a good wine DOC as Sant'Agata Falanghina or the Sant'Agata Merlot with hints of plum and black cherry.
This hamlet of Massa Lubrense is one of the best examples of the combination between the natural beauty of an area and man's careful intervention.

TYPOLOGY

From a panoramic street (where you will find the private parking for 4-5 cars), a gate gives access to the villa.
The open-air spaces are the strengths of this property: about 1000 square meters of garden and terraces - strictly all that with amazing views of the bay, the islands and the Torca area.
Wild trees of myrtle, mulberry, figs, cherry, orange, mandarin, pear, lemon, olive, walnut, grapes are all around... waiting for you to pick and taste them!
From the gate, climbing a few stairs, you will reach a large terrace (with table, chairs and sun beds) that leads to the entrance of the villa:

- Ground Floor: large living room (with panoramic windows) with chimney, TV SAT, DVD, Internet WI-FI; dining area (with table and chairs for 10 people) and the relax area with a piano and the billiard table, with access to a panoramic terrace with table and chairs ideal for outdoor dining; kitchen with wood-burning pizza oven, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and store room with refrigerator and freezer.
From the kitchen, through a French window, you have access to a huge terrace with table and chairs, with a splendid sea view. At the ground floor, you will also find twin bedroom (with two childbeds) with sliding doors and one bathroom with shower with access from the living room.

 - First Floor: from the living room climbed about 20 stairs you will find 1 double bedroom (with access to the terrace with sea view) with 1 double bed, wardrobe and 1 private bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom (with access to a private panoramic) with canopy bed; 1 double bedroom (with access to a terrace) with 2 single beds or double on request; 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub.

 - Floor below: From the living room through a French window, you have access to a terrace from where you can reach the dependence: 1 double bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower; 1 laundry room with washing machine.

From the living room, as well you have access to the terrace that leads to the heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi (6x4) and the garden, all with sea view.
