Anna: Le stanze sono stupende, arredate splendidamente, spaziose e con una bella vista su Capri. L'accoglienza in villa è stata fantastica, siamo stati trattati come degli amici e non come clienti! E' fantastico stare in piscina a rilassarsi tutto il tempo, ma anche organizzarsi per un giro in Costiera Amalfitana è stato semplicissimo. La consiglio vivamente per chi vuole concedersi... qualcosa in più!

LOCATION

The villa is located in Acquara, a small fraction of the Massa Lubrense Commune. This fraction is a few kilometers from the center of Nerano with its famous restaurants, beaches, and boat rentals, from Sant' Agata sui due Golfi with its numerous shops and fresh air, and from Massa Lubrense with its marvelous panorama and its little local fisherman's port; Sorrento is also nearby with its numerous stores, bars and restaurants and the port with the quick hydrofoils and the train station at a little more than 9 kilometers. The closest bus stop is at 500meters and the delicatessen at 1 kilometer.

TYPOLOGY

From the entrance gate you can park the car and access the garden and the villa.

-upstairs has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a window with a sea view and a twin bed, 1 bathroom with tub and shower.

-first floor with a living room with fireplace and library, satellite TV, 50-inch flat screen, radio, stereo, DVD, 5 other bedrooms 4 with a queen bed and one with a double - 4 with sea view - 2 bathrooms with tub and shower ( 1 of which has a Jacuzzi and fireplace in the room) and 2 other bathrooms with a shower. From 3 of the bedrooms there is direct access to the terrace with a sea view and barbecue, deck chairs, lounge chairs, tables and seats. There is satellite TV in every bedroom. An equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwaves, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine.

- downstairs has a billiard room and a laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a Ping-pong table.
