LOCATION

In a tranquil area a little more than 2 km from the small town of Sant'Agata sui due Golfi and a little more than 8 km from Sorrento you find Villa Eva. This is an enchanting location. The open spaces that open before you are the extra advantage to this property...... Nerano with its beaches and its reknowned restaurant, Massa Lubrense with its small and characteristic old fishmen's port are 7km away, and the beautiful and magical Positano is 15km away. The closest bus stop is located at about 200 meters.

TYPOLOGY

Once entered into the property (entirely fenced) and through the automatic gate, you will cross a road to find yourself on the first large terrace with a splendid sea view (furnished with chairs, tables, deck chairs, and umbrellas) of about 350 square meters. From this terrace you can access the first floor of the villa: you will enter into the grand foyer (furnished with antique and modern furniture) with sofas, a desk, a computer with a printer, a large plasma television, DVD and a gorgeous fireplace decorated with hand painted mosaics by Vietri. From the foyer you can access the furnished dining area and from that through an arced door to the kitchen (supplied with everything necessary) with three arched window that allow you to enjoy the view of the sea and Gulf. On this floor there are 2 half bathes and one with a laundry machine. You can access the large terrace also from the kitchen and the dining area.
From the grand foyer, through a door, you can access the health area composed with a Turkish bath, a color therapy shower, a large bath with a shower and an area with a wonderful hydro-massage tub that that has access to another small terrace with a sea view.
The hallway connects the foyer to the dining area and you can go up some small stairs to the second floor of the villa where there are 4 bedrooms, each with its own plasma television, a wardrobe, and private bathroom (with shower). Two rooms with queen beds and one with a double have access to the second large terrace of 90 square meters with a sea view (furnished with deck chairs and umbrellas); the third queen bedroom ( that also had a side entrance to accommodate disabilities) has a small terrace behind and separate from the one that you can go up to the covered pool.
As was just said, the pool (with a little hydro-massage corner) is covered and is accessible from various points of the villa. It is the most beautiful area of the entire property and is furnished with deck chairs and umbrellas, there is a small room with a bathroom and a small corner kitchen/bar (there is also a small ice machine) and an outdoor shower.
