LOCATION
Villa il Principe is an exclusive and elegant residence located in the heart of the historical and touristic centre of Sorrento. From here, you can have the pleasure to walk in tranquility, checking out the typical shops of the alleys or admire the splendid view on the Gulf of Naples.
In front of the villa, there is the tourist office from where you can take all the necessary information for connections to Naples, Pompeii and Herculaneum. In the immediate vicinity, there is the Marina Piccola port of Sorrento from where you can take the ferry to Capri, Positano, Ischia and Naples.
TYPOLOGY
Having entered the main gate, you will find yourselves in a 500 square meters elegant garden, equipped with a table, chairs, and sofas where you enjoy the relaxation of a typical villa. From the garden, you can access to the villa that has an elegant living room furnished with Damask fabric sofas, and an LCD TV with satellite connection. The floors are hand-painted Vietri ceramics. The design is elegant and refined and even includes some antique furniture. On the same level (ground floor), there is the large kitchen from which you can access the outside laundry area. The villa, built on two levels, has external stairs and an internal elevator to reach the first floor. There are 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, all tastefully furnished and equipped with all comfort: SAT TV, air conditioning, WI-FI, safe, mini bar and hairdryer. On the left side of the villa (within the same fenced property), you will find a cozy dependance, consisting of a bedroom and a bathroom.
P.S. The electricity is included in the price till 150 kw at week; after will be applied an extra cost of 0,35 euro for KW/h.
ON REQUEST
Parking: The parking is a few meters from the villa at special prices. Daily prices from 15, 00 until 20, 00 Euro.
Personal chef: On request, you can enjoy the skill in the kitchen of our chef, that will cook for your typical Italian and Neapolitan dishes.

Rore: I almost hate to give this villa a great review as I want to keep it a secret. I recently stayed here with 6 other women for a girls trip. It was nearly perfect. The villa itself is beautiful. I think the pictures don't do it justice. It is neatly decorated, the grounds are stunning and it was big enough to accommodate the 7 of us comfortably. The location is excellent as well. Easily walkable to everything -- the main piazza, the beaches, great restaurants, public transportation -- you name it. Daniela and Antonio were extremely helpful in arranging excursions for us and providing useful information about the area. They definitely took care of us. As every review should include positives and negatives, the one negative I will say is that when we were leaving, we were surprised to learn that we had to pay extra four over usage of electricity. That seemed strange to me as we were hardly ever in the villa except at night when we were sleeping. The possibility of that extra charge should ahve been clarified upfront. That's why I said nearly perfect. I would definitely stay here again though.
