LOCATION

About half way from the centre of Massa Lubrense and Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi you will find Villa Relax, in the village Schiazzano, a small hamlet of Massa Lubrense. In less than 10 minutes, by car or by bus (the SITA bus stop is at a few meters from the villa); you can reach famous nearby towns like Nerano and Sorrento. Nearby you can take walks along the many trails that branch off throughout the lubrense territory. The village consists of a few people, but equipped with the necessities; there are two local restaurants, a small grocery and a tabacchi shop.

TYPOLOGY

Villa Relax is a luxury villa, ideal for those who are looking for a quite holiday, away from chaos and from the frenzy of the city life. The villa is a 17th century residence; restored and equipped with all comfort of the modern villas, but has preserved some features (ceiling paintings on the vaults and the stone stairs). Having arrived in the centre of the village and at a few meters from the villa there is the private parking where you can leave your car. You enter the villa through a lobby that has preserved a fresco from the 17th century. Take a left and you reach the living area: there is the modern kitchen, equipped with all the necessities and the laundry area; continuing there is the elevator, the bar area where you can have breakfast, the study table with computer, the large dining room with adjoining corner wine, a room with dishwasher and washbasin, one bathroom with shower and two half bathrooms.
From the dinning/living room, through a French window, you can access to the large terrace solarium equipped with chairs, tables, deck chairs, umbrellas, barbecue, two outside showers; and you will also find swimming pool (Jacuzzi). Everything with panoramic view on the Gulf of Naples. It is the ideal place to rest, read a book or sip some good wine.
Again from the atrium entrance, but turning on the right, take the stairs (in typical 17th century stone) that take you upstairs. Having arrived on the first floor, on the right is the tearoom and to the left a small corner with a coffee machine and kettle. From this room, through French windows, you have access to a large panoramic terrace (about 60 square meters), furnished and with an outdoor shower.
Continuing, always to the left, you will find a living room with fireplace, two armchairs and sofa and another living room with TV and armchairs (you can reach this living room even with the elevator). Continuing again, you will reach the first bedroom with direct access to the terrace (about 60 square meters); in front, there is a small half bathroom. After the first bedroom, a few steps lead to another bedroom (attic area) with private panoramic terrace. On the same floor, after the steps, there is the third bedroom. Finally, down some steps, you will find a small reading room (from this room through a French door, down some stairs it is possible to reach the terrace with the swimming pool at the ground floor) from which you can reach to another bedroom that has even a single sofa bed. Resume path and return to the main staircase from where you can reach the second floor; here's a first platform where there is a bedroom and higher is the last bedroom (with French bed) from where you have access to a private terrace of about 25 square meters (even this terrace has outdoor shower).
The 7 bedrooms, each with its own particularities, distributed between first, second floor and the attic area, have their own color that distinguishes them and a particular design. Every room has private bathroom with shower (covered with tiles), frigobar, safe, TV and parquet. All the rooms have a spectacular view on the valley and the Gulf of Naples.
This villa is truly fantastic!
The property is finished with quality materials and the decor is great attention to detail; the villa is kept in order every day by a person that takes care of the garden, of the swimming pool and the daily cleaning (3 hours a day).
