LOCATION

The Villa is situated about 400 meters from the center of Sant'Agata sui due Golfi, a well placed town between Positano and Sorrento, on the hill named S. Maria della Neve, from where you can admire the islets Li Gallli and La Vetara. Nearby there are the towns of Nerano (with restaurants, beaches and boat rentals), Massa Lubrense (with its numerous and spectacular walking paths immersed in the Mediterranean vegetation and unique panorama), Sorrento (with many shops, restaurants and bars) and the beautiful Positano with its night life.

TYPOLOGY

Going from the main street of Sant'Agata sui due Golfi in the direction of Nerano you reach the villa; there are many places to park inside of the property. Getting out of the car you are immediately immersed into a lush green and enraptured by the colors of the sky and sea.
Villa La Neve and its distribution:
1- ground floor: there is the courtyard furnished and equipped (about 90 square meters) and an ideal place for an outdoor dinner. Once entered you will find in the entrance that acts like a living room/dining room (with a table, chairs, sofas and a TV) and connected to this is the equipped kitchen, with a windowed door that leads to the outdoor courtyard. Crossing the small space there is the sleeping quarters with two queen bedrooms (one with a sea view) and a double bedroom. There are also two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a tub).
2- first floor: before entering there is an outdoor terrace (about 12 square meters). Once inside, right away on the left there in the first bedroom with a queen bed, after that is the living room with a dining table, chairs and a TV with a sea view and a connecting terrace of 10 square meters. Crossing this room you can reach the kitchen (outside the French doors of the kitchen is the laundry area), the bathroom (with a tub and shower) and at the end is the other bedroom with a queen bed and sea view.
3- top floor: from the outdoor terrace (about 22 square meters), an ideal place for outdoor dinners and a moment of real relaxation, you can enter into the top floor. Once inside you find the bathroom (shower) immediately on your right, in front is a large room that acts as the kitchen (equipped), the dining room (table and chairs) and the living room (sofas and a TV); everything connected to the terrace of about 12 square meters with a view of the Gulf of Salerno. Going down the hallway you can access the bedroom area which has a queen bed and two double beds (all with a retro style furniture).
