The property is about 800 meters from the main square of Sorrento (Piazza Tasso) with tiny and historical streets surrounding it, about 1,2 km from the bathing facilities and from the port of Sorrento (where ferries depart from to the neighbouring islands, such as Capri, Ischia and Procida, and to the entire Amalfi Coast).

The bus stop is 300 meters away and the train station is in 800 meters distance - the place of departure for visiting the caves of Pompei, Ercolano or the city of Naples.

TYPOLOGY

You can enter the property from a small street through an electric gate, you will find enough space to park two cars. Heading to the left you will arrive to the large terrace of sea-view; table, chairs, sunshade - marvelous place to enjoy out-door dinner amoung the greens of the vegetation and the blue of the sea... From here you will enter the house in the dining room with kitchen corner, shower room, then double bedroom (partially with sea-view) on your right, and on the left you will find the spacious panoramic living room with double sofa bed and with satellite TV (with SKY channels). From this living room a few stairs lead to a small corridor that opens to a shower room on the right and to a bedroom with 3 single beds on the left.

The villa has a second entrance from another lovely little street, ideal for a nice walk, that in only a few minutes by foot and will take you to the town of ‘Sant'Agata sui due Golfi'.
