The Villa is situated a few meters away from the Via Camerelle, the most famous street of shopping and of night-life. The Villa is also only 2 minutes away from the famous ‘'Piazzetta'' and from the ‘'Faraglioni di Capri'' descent.
You feel like you are in a dream...

TYPOLOGY

From a small pedestrian path you enter the garden full of plants and flowers, equipped and kept with love and care. This is an ideal place for relaxing, dinning and reading a good book. From the garden you enter the living area furnished with taste. Here you can find everything you need in order to rest. Next, you will find a new and modern kitchen equipped with all necessary items. From a small corridor you will enter the night zone with two bathrooms (one of them with a shower, the other one with a bathtub), a matrimonial bedroom with TV- sat and a garden view and a room with two beds and one sofa-bed (for one person) with a 20 square meter terrace.

The whole property is very well cared for; only top quality materials were used and the equipment is top-class and very tasteful.
