VILLA LIMONETO E is a 60 square meters, air-conditioned villa (with two bathrooms) that sleeps up to 4 people and is a part of a residential complex. There is a huge swimming pool (shared with other 4 houses) with an area equipped with tables, deck chairs, sun umbrellas and a private parking lot. There is also a big barbecue, a gazebo made of chestnut wood with a long table where you can taste the typical Neapolitan pizza (a wood oven can be used only in presence of the owners) or one of the typical Sorrentine dishes that will be prepared for you (on request) by the owner of the villa and his family.
On the higher part of this complex, near the swimming pool, there is another gazebo where you can read a good book, eat something or drink a glass of good wine from Campania. The whole complex is surrounded by the garden full of lemon, orange and olive trees and ornamental plants. Here you can also find places equipped with tables and chairs where you can find tranquility and relaxation. There is also a solarium (fully equipped) on the terrace of one of the five villas (Limoneto A).There are swings and hammocks for children in the middle of the garden.
Why should you stay here? Because, even if you are only 500 meters away from the centre of Sorrento, you will seem to be in an oasis of tranquility and the dominating colors will be the blue of the sky and the swimming pool, the green of trees, and the yellow and orange of lemons and oranges.


N.B. Villa Limoneto E and the other 4 villas: Limoneto A (6 people), Limoneto B (6 people), Limoneto C (6 people) and Limoneto D (4 people) make up the entire complex that can accommodate a total of 26 people.

Lisa: Stayed for 5 days in this villa. It was bright & open with a lovely pool view. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay however remember to pack towels as they only provide one per person! The villa is the furthest away from the entrance however it wouldn't have bothered us to be near the main home as the family were lovely. Main gate is locked at night (you will be supplied a key) so the area is secure. Sara the dog lives in the main house but is very very friendly & loves a rub (which she got). She wanders around the property & is just gorgeous. My party of non dog lovers quickly fell in love!! Our only problem was with the shower. Although they provide 2 showers we couldn't use the two at the same time. The water would go cold. Same would happen if either toilet flushed. Very funny first morning when the shower went cold due to flushing !! Just be warned. Overall the villa was clean & comfortable. The family are lovely & very approachable. I would definitely return here again xx

Only 500 meters away from the main square of Sorrento, having a short walk, you will reach the property. The villa is located in the middle of the centre of Sorrento, close to shops, restaurants and bars, the train station (Circumvesuviana), the bus station and the port (from where you can reach the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida as well as Naples and Amalfi. Sorrento is situated close to the characteristic and prestigious locations as Nerano (famous for its restaurants and where you can rent boats called goiters), Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi (where you can walk and admire the green and beautiful landscape), Massa Lubrense (with its characteristic fishing villages - Marina di Puolo and Marina della Lobra, where you can swim and taste local dishes in one of the many restaurants) and the villages of the Amalfi Coast - Amalfi, Positano, Ravello and Praiano.

 

 

TYPOLOGY



When you go through the private gate of the residence, you will be in a long avenue of trees where you can park your car. Immediately you will see how much attention the owner lavishes on the whole complex. Everything is made with care and attention to details: there is paving stone characteristic of the place, a lot of tufa walls, a well-kept garden, gazebos and porches made of wood by local artisans where you can protect from the sun of the South. Furthermore, the recently restored farmhouse in the dwelling of the owners and partly used as a residence makes it even more distinctive.
Villa Limoneto E is situated in the highest part of the garden and close to the swimming pool. When you enter the villa, you will find the living /kitchen/dining room furnished with wicker armchairs and sofas, tables and chairs and with satellite TV. The walls of this house are almost all made of glass allowing you to enjoy the colors of the garden that surrounds this residential complex at 360 degrees. From this area, you can reach the two bedrooms with two bathrooms with a shower.
