VILLA LIMONETO A is a 70 square meters villa, with one bathroom and air-conditioned, that sleeps up to 6 people and is part of a residential complex. There is a huge swimming pool (shared with the other 4 houses) with an external area equipped with tables, deck chairs, sun umbrellas and a private parking lot. There is also a big barbecue, a gazebo made of chestnut wood with a long table where you can taste the typical Neapolitan pizza (the wood oven can be used only in presence of the owners) or one of the typical Sorrentine dishes that will be prepared for you (on request) by the owner of the villa and his family.
On the higher part of this complex, near the swimming pool, there is another gazebo where you can read a good book, eat something or drink a glass of good wine from Campania. The whole complex is surrounded by the garden full of lemon, orange and olive trees and ornamental plants. Here you can also find external places equipped with tables and chairs where you can find tranquility and relaxation. There is also a solarium (fully furnished) on the terrace of one of the five villas (Villa Limoneto A). There are swings and hammocks for children in the middle of the garden.
Why should you stay here? Because, even if you are only 500 meters away from the centre of Sorrento, you will seem to be in an oasis of tranquility and the dominating colors will be the blue of the sky and the swimming pool, the green of trees, and the yellow and orange of lemons and oranges.

P.S. Villa Limoneto A and the other 4 villas: Villa Limoneto B (6 people), Villa Limoneto C (6 people), Villa Limoneto D (4 people) and Villa Limoneto E (4 people) make up the entire complex that can accommodate a total of 26 people.

Bailey: "Charm, Comfort, and Kindness" There's nothing overly fancy about Villa Limoneto a, but it's an incredible value for the money. It's clean, it's darling, and most importantly, it's full of the warmth and hospitality that you can only find in the best of Italy. We arrived late in the evening after driving from Rome. Gianni and Lucio from Book Sorrento Villas met us at an easy-to-find grocery store, and led us through Sorrento's curvy streets to our little villa. We were traveling with children ranging in age from 8 to 13, and they were all delighted with the villa. The grounds were spacious enough that everyone could find a cozy nook to relax when they needed a bit of a relief from a family trip, but cozy enough that we were always close. There was plenty of sleeping room, and the accommodations were comfortable. The owners were present and thoughtful and fun, and did absolutely everything they could to make us feel at home. Really--it was like visiting long lost family. We stayed over Easter weekend, and perhaps the most magical moment of our week in Italy happened at the villa, when I staged an egg-hunt for my children in the lemon grove the evening before Easter. The groundskeeper came outside and asked us to wait with a twinkle in his eye. Within moments, he'd turned on beautiful lights in the lemon grove and put some Frank Sinatra on in the background. My husband and I danced in the rain while the kids hunted for candies. It was silly and beautiful and wonderful and fun, and it was all because the staff at Villa Limoneto a paid such wonderful attention to our family.

LOCATION

Only 500 meters away from the main square of Sorrento, having a short walk, you will reach the property. The villa is located in the centre of Sorrento; close to shops, restaurants and bars, the train station (Circumvesuviana), the bus station and the port (from where you can reach the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida as well as Naples and Amalfi. Sorrento is situated close to the characteristic and prestigious locations as Nerano (famous for its restaurants from where you can rent boats called goiters), Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi (where you can walk and admire the green and beautiful landscape), Massa Lubrense (with its characteristic fishing villages - Marina di Puolo and Marina della Lobra, where you can swim and taste typical dishes in one of the many restaurants) and the villages of the Amalfi Coast : Amalfi, Positano, Ravello and Praiano.

TYPOLOGY

Having entered through the private gate of the residence you will find a long avenue of trees where you can park your car. Immediately, you can notice how much attention the owner lavishes to the whole complex. Everything is made with care and attention to details: there is paving stone characteristic of the place, a lot of tufa walls, well-kept garden, gazebos and porches made of wood by local artisans where you can protect from the sun of the South. Furthermore, the recently restored farmhouse in the dwelling of the owners and partly used as a residence makes it even more distinctive.
Villa Limoneto A is the first housing unit that you will find. Only two steps and you enter the living room / kitchen (equipped with all necessary), furnished with table and chairs, with satellite TV, all with a window overlooking the garden. On the right, there are two double bedrooms, while on the left there is another bedroom with a matrimonial bed and a bathroom with shower. The roof terrace of the villa is used as a solarium and is fully furnished.
