LOCATION

The villa is situated in a quiet zone two km far from Sant'Agata sui due Golfi in the direction of Nerano.
The environment is not just charming but very handy and central too. There are famous restaurants and beaches of Nerano with boat rental facilities, S.Agata sui due Golfi offering numerous commercial activities and fresh air, and Massa Lubrense with it's splendid landscape and tiny, old and characteristic fishing port are only 5km away, the famous resort of Sorrento is about nine km away.

TYPOLOGY

You will find the villa only a few meters away after turning to a side street from the main road.
After passing the drive way and parking your car you will be on the first floor of the property, in a serviced big garden of lemon trees, pergolas and lots of green.
The entrance is on the first floor where you will find the bedrooms; the bathroom is straight on your left (with hydro-massage tub), then two double bedrooms follow which share a terrace of sea-view, then another room with two single beds - here it is possible to add an extra bed.
Stairs lead to the main floor; you will arrive to the welcoming living/dining room; couches, television, table, chairs, computer - even a piano and a fire place. The couch can also be used as a bed. The kitchen on side is fully equipped... The shower room and the laundry are at the back of the living room, under the stairs. You can get to the garden and patio area either from the kitchen or from the living room (through glass doors) where you will find everything you might need for cooking in the open-air: small oven, barbecue, sink, wood oven - all made of the local lava stone materials by artisans from the area. The oven, table, chairs, table tennis are all under a roof covered by wood, tiles or chestnut pergola, the last one wonderfully enriched of wisteria.
Trustworthy personnel look after the garden full of olive trees and ornamental plants, clean the swimming pool and pick up the garbage (from 6 to 8 am every Tuesday and Thursday).
The communal swimming pool with the guests of the neighbouring property and is under the level of the patio and has enchanting views.
The villa was renovated in 2008, has air-conditioning on the first floor, heating everywhere and, in addition, a computer with internet connection free of charge.
