Description
LOCATION
The villa is situated in a small district of the Massa Lubrense community, in less than 300 m from the house of Gioacchino Murat (brother-in-law of Bonaparte Napoleon) who was following the progress of the battle between the French and the English for the lordship of Capri from his splendid villa.
This district is only a few minutes away by car from the centre of Masssa Lubrense or Sant'Agata sui due Golfi. Nearby the villa there is a small square with a Saracen tower, a panoramic terrace and with a typical and well-appreciated restaurant that makes the place alive in the summer period.
TYPOLOGY
The villa is located at the main square of the town: only a few meters from the restaurant on a small street to arrive to your parking place, from here about 30 stairs will take you to the sunbathing terrace of the property and the main entrance to the house.
Upon entering you will find yourselves in the spacious and bright living room which leads to the kitchen, a double bedroom (with sea-view and interconnecting shower room), a single bedroom and to another twin bedroom with a shower room in it. You will also find a small laundry room. Some stairs lead to the first floor which consists of a double bedroom and a shower room. The terrace, furnished with deck-chair, tables, chairs and sunshades, is an ideal place to enjoy the enchanting panorama laying in front of you.
