LOCATION

The villa (one of the most beautiful ones in town, may we add..) is situated only a few steps away from the centre of Sant'Agata sui de Golfi in the direction of Deserto - the ideal place to spend a vacation in tranquil environments but still close to the centre (shops, bars and restaurants are within a very short walking distance), at a top-notch spot for discovering the incomparable beauty of the surroundings such as Sorrento, Capri, Massa Lubrense or Positano.

TYPOLOGY

Upon entering the gate of the drive-way (that faces the balcony of one of the double bedrooms on the first floor) you will find yourselves in the well-serviced garden furnished with natural materials (such as tuff, lava stone of Massa, etc.) that makes it just the perfect place for out-door dinners and moments of real relaxation.
Upon entering on the ground floor you will be in the spacious living room with tuff arches around, which lead to the rooms. This hall, being so roomy, is divided to two parts: a fire place separates the living room area from the dining room with big table. Diverse couches for having a rest, television and computer with internet connection await you here. From the dining room you can get to a double bedroom with shower room and, still from here, there is an exit to the (paved and furnished) yard. You will also find a small toilet and a kitchen that has access to another external area that features wood oven and barbecue.
The laundry (with washing and drying machine), the pool salon and a small toilet too are situated in the basement.
On the first floor (which is connected to the external area as well by a large terrace) there is double room with two single beds and a double bedroom with a communal shower room, while the third double bedroom has it's own bathroom with hydro-massage tub and a cloakroom corner too.
For those who like the upper areas will love the attic floor, where you can get by the spiral staircase and where you will find a double bedroom, a small shower room and a sunbathing terrace with the priceless view of Capri and S.Costanzo and with an amazing 360° panoramic landscape of S.Agata sui due Golfi.
The villa speaks about good taste and classy design, it is furnished with careful attention to all details, from the parquet of the bedrooms to the characteristic terracotta tiles of the external areas, not to mention the most typical implementation of the barbecue place.
