LOCATION

The property is situated in a private park on the way from Sorrento to Sant'Agata sui due Golfi. The position of the villa is not only enchanting, thanks to the panorama, but comfortably central as well; this way you do not need to give up the tranquillity of the blooming greens of the valley as they join the blues of the sea under you, and being close to Sorrento's ferry boat and train facilities there is easy access to places of interest such as Capri, Ischia, Pompeii or Naples.

TYPOLOGY

Upon entering the park you will arrive directly to the parking lot (with place for two cars) from where staircase (about 20 steps) lead to the main entrance.
After the hall, there is a small, well-hidden toilet on the left.
From the hall as well, you will get to the first living room of splendid panoramic view where you can have a nice rest on the L-shaped sofa.
From the living room, taking an internal winding staircase, you can get either to one twin bedroom or to the terrace with swimming pool and sea view.
From the same living room, continuing ahead on a small corridor on your left you will find the shower room and in front one double bedroom that has an exclusive terrace of 9 square meters with a sea view.
Continuing still you will find yourself in the second living room which is the most spacious area in the villa; it features large glass doors looking to the Bay of Naples, two armchairs and three couches - one of these can be transformed to one double bed.
From this large living room, stairs (of 15 about steps) lead to the other living room on the first floor (TV, radio, three armchairs and a double sofa bed) which looks to the sunbathing area and the swimming pool.
Then comes the dining room and behind you can reach the equipped kitchen.
A sliding door divides the bedrooms area from the dining room.
On the right a small bedroom with bunk beds and shower room (with washing machine in it); in front the twin bedroom (the same one that you can reach from the downstairs staircase) with access to the swimming pool. Continuing you will find another bathroom (bath) and another double bedroom with access on the panoramic terrace with the swimming pool.
The main strength of this villa is without doubt the large panoramic terrace that opens to the valley, on the Bay of Naples with Procida Island and on the Vesuvius as a backdrop.
On the main level of this terrace you will find everything you might need for spending your relaxing hours; tables, deck-chairs, sunshades, and the 22 square meters swimming pool is on the next level.
