LOCATION

The villa is situated only a few steps away from the centre of Sant'Agata sui de Golfi in the direction of Deserto - the ideal place to spend a vacation in a tranquil environment but still close to the centre (shops, bars and restaurants are within a very short walking distance), at a top-notch spot for discovering the incomparable beauty of the surroundings such as Sorrento, Capri, Massa Lubrense or Positano, or to relive the history of Pompei, Ercolano or Paestum in 79 b.c., before the Vesuvius had shown it's strength and potential wiping it all out for almost 2000 years.

TYPOLOGY

Upon entering the gate of the drive-way (that faces the balcony of one of the double bedrooms on the first floor) you will find yourselves in the neatly serviced garden furnished with natural materials (such as tuff, lava stone of Massa, etc.) that makes it just the perfect place for out-door dinners or moments of real relaxation. The swimming pool and the sunbathing lot fits perfectly in the scenery of the blooming green garden. A few steps downwards will take you to the entrance of the villa; to the roomy and elegantly furnished living room area. Behind that there is a small toilet, a double bedroom with bathroom, the kitchen that gives to the terrace, the laundry room and a closet.
You will find also the spa area here which you will be allowed to use for an extra fee and which consists of shower, jakuzzi (2x2,5) and sauna.
On the first floor you will find three bedrooms: one has got a double bed, a sofa/single bed and a shower room, the second one features a double bed and a hydro-massage tub in the bathroom - these two rooms have a communal balcony with view to the garden and to the swimming pool and the third bedroom (with double bed and a shower room) has it's own private balcony that gives to the back of the villa.
On the third floor there are two other double bedrooms; one with shower and another one with hydro-massage tub. A few stairs will take you to the rooftop, functioning as a sunbathing terrace, that gives splendid views to Capri and S.Costanzo and an amazing 360° panoramic landscape of S.Agata sui due Golfi.
The entire house has been furnished with careful attention to all details, each and every room in a different style and a different colour scheme - that's what makes it so special!
