LOCATION

The villa has a perfect position as it is in a tranquil environment but still only a few steps away from Sant'Agata sui due Golfi, a few km from the beaches of Nerano (with boat/motorboat rental and snorkelling facilities) and about an hour walking distance, through blooming greens and breath-taking views, from the enchanting fishing town named Crapolla and from the Amalfi coast (Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Cetara..).

TYPOLOGY

Upon entering the gate from a panoramic road you will find yourselves in the front yard where you can park you cars. The open-air spaces, facing the front yard, are the strengths of this property: about 8000 m2 of garden and terraces - strictly all that with amazing views of the bay, the islands and the Torca area.
Wild trees of myrtle, mulberry, figs, cherry, orange, mandarin, pear, lemon, olive, walnut, grapes are all around.. waiting for you to pick and taste them!
A few stairs will take you the terrace that leads to the swimming pool with sun beds, tables and shades. The same terrace gives entrance to the two separate units of the villa.
A large, independent room with one double bed and two single beds, a living room corner and a shower room.
To the other (main) unit, stairs lead from the terrace: living room and terrace with sea-view, couch, satellite TV, business corner with computer, printer and phone - and access to another terrace (chairs and tables under a pergola roof) with sea-view and with abar area where you can relax having a good drink on your return to the house. On the other side you will find the kitchen with two ovens (a wood and an electric one) and a laundry corner. This kitchen gives access to a terrace situated above the pool with lovely panoramic sea-view. On this side you can find several areas perfect for relaxation or reading a book under the shade of one of the secular trees. The barbecue and a small out-door kitchen will allow you to spend even more time in the open airs. 

The bedroom area of this main unit consists of 4 bedrooms, each one with private bathrooms: one with two single beds, two with double beds and a final one consisting of three single beds and a small interconnecting room - each and every one of them features a balcony with sea-view.
The big size pool surrounded by flowers, plants and trees adds the extra value to the indescribable beauty of this property.
The villa is ideal for groups or for organizing parties and dinners. The farm-steads of the neighbourhood will enable you to try goods of the real local cuisine - or even horseback riding!
The house also features numerous parking lots, bathroom and safe in each room and daily (internal and external) cleaning service as well.
The property is completely railed off.
