LOCATION

The apartment is located in Massa Lubrense which is one of the last towns on the Sorrento Peninsula (continuing on one would arrive at Termini which is, along with Punta Campanella the stretch of land that separates the bay of Naples from the bay of Salerno.)
In only 10 minutes or less, using public transport or any vehicle, one can get to characteristic and prestigious locations such as Nerano, Sorrento or Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi. A pathway leads down to the fishing harbour called Marina della Lobra (600 meters) where it is possible to swim in the clear water, rent boats, go snorkelling, and afterwards rejuvenate yourself in one of the local restaurants or small bars.

DESCRIPTION

Starting from the centre of Massa Lubrense heading in direction of Santa Maria Annunziata, in less than 5 minutes you will reach the property where upon entering the private passage of the park you will find the villa Vervece. After leaving your car behind (in a parking lot on the street) and going up on the stairs among blooming olive trees and ornamental plants you will get to the spacious yard that separates the external private area (furnished with tables and chairs) from the apartment Vervece B.
Here you can find everything you need: a barbecue, a wood oven for baking pizzas, a gas-cooker and a dish-washer too - all hand-made work of local artisans, using the zone's typical stones.
Only 3 steps down from the yard and you will find yourselves at the entrance of the welcoming living room that, thanks to its glass walls gives views to the small terrace and to amazing landscapes as well. From here going through the fully equipped kitchen, you can get to the bathroom (with shower). Following the corridor, you will find the other bathroom with shower and three bedrooms: a double bed and 2 king size ones, of which one also features a small (3 square meters) panoramic terrace of the Gulf of Naples. The double and one king size bedroom also provide panoramic views. You can find the laundry room on your left when exiting the house. To get to the swimming pool and the terrace that has covered and uncovered parts too for sunbathing, and is in common use with the habitants of the apartment Vervece A, you will need to take a stairs of about 15 steps. Here sun beds, deck-chairs, open-air shower and a spectacular landscape await you.
The house is furnished as the typical holiday houses, the white walls (either interiorly than in the external areas) recall the style of the "famous Greek houses".
