LOCATION

The property is situated in a quiet zone about three km from Sant'Agata sui due Golfi in the direction of Nerano, on an approximately 900 m long cart-road. The open-air spaces in the front are the main strength of this villa but it also has a perfect location; the well-known restaurants and beaches of Nerano with boat rental facilities, S.Agata sui due Golfi with it's fresh air and Massa Lubrense with it's splendid landscape and it's tiny, old and characteristic fishing port is only 5km away, the famous resort of Sorrento only about 9 km away.

TYPOLOGY

You will find the villa only a few meters after turning onto a side street from the main road. After entering the gate you can park your car on either the first or ground floor since both are connected to the drive-in. The villa is completely surrounded by the vegetation of the garden, a pergola rails off the external kitchen area where appliances (such as oven, barbecue and wood oven) await you in case you would like to cook in the open-air. Here everything is made in a delicate style by local artisans using lava stone as a typical material.
Upon entering the first floor you will find two bedrooms, both with double bed, commode, furniture and big glass doors that open to the panoramic terrace of about 25 m2 with a sea-view. They share a spacious bathroom in the middle with hydro-massage.
Stairs (of about 20 steps) lead to the ground floor; right on the left is the shower room, then the double bedroom. The kitchen with a dining area and television is ahead of you just as the living room by sitting on the comfy couch (which can be used as a bed too) you can enjoy the welcoming warm of the fire place. Both of these two rooms have glass doors opening to the large terrace paved with typical lava stone tiles of Massa. You will more than likely spend most of your time here as there is everything you may need: kitchen with barbecue and wood oven, under a wooden and tile roof - the perfect place for enjoying not only your meals but the tranquillity of the place as well, admiring the panorama while sitting under the lovely large chestnut pergola enriched with numerous running ornamental plants.
And last, but not least, there is the swimming pool (approx. 12 m2) that is so close to the edge that it seems to be a part of the sea.. On the terrace level, but sort of hidden in the greens there is a laundry corner with washing machine and appliances for ironing.
The villa was renovated in 2009, has air-conditioning on the first floor, heating everywhere and, in addition, computer with internet connection free of charge.
