Janet: This villa was just the cutest little thing. I loved the interior design and the outdoor patio was great for eating and drinking wine. The kids enjoyed the pool and the swing. The inside was very clean and extremely spacious. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great because we were close to some great beaches. The staff was very helpful with great tips on local restaurants and directions. It was a very fun and relaxing week on the Sorrento peninsula.

Description

LOCATION

The property is located 200 meters away from the town centre and 10 minutes by bus or car from Sorrento (where you can find all the maritime connections of the Gulf and the railway station). The villa is also 10 minutes from famous beaches of the Amalfi coast and from the Bay of Nerano. The central location is ideal for exploring the Sorrento peninsula and the Amalfi coast and it also guarantees the nights of pure rest in the warm summer of the South. Sant‘Agata sui due Golfi also has a good gastronomic and wine tradition; there is a three-Michelin-star restaurant there.
Please note that access to Villa del Canale is along a narrow road. We recommend to bring a small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller).

TYPOLOGY

When you enter the property you will go up a small slope in the garden next to the villa. In the house you can use the living room with a fireplace, couches, a table and chairs and a huge kitchen/lunch room. From the corridor you move to the night zone with three matrimonial bedrooms (single beds are available), two bathrooms (one of them with a bathtub and a shower, another one with a shower). From the living room you go directly to the outside area, the best part of this property. There is a swimming pool (24 square meters) with solarium equipped with sun beds, chairs, a table and a barbecue. Next to the villa there is a laundry area.
