LOCATION

Villa Vervece is located in Massa Lubrense and is one of the last towns of Sorrentine Peninsula ( going on, you can reach Termini - a small village with Punta Campanella - a stretch of land that separates the Bay of Naples from the Bay of Salerno). In less than 10 minutes, by car or by local bus, you will reach the prestigious and characteristic towns like Nerano, Sorrento, Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi. Going down a little pedestrian street (less than 600 meters) you can reach the fishing harbor called Marina della Lobra, where you can swim in the clear water of the sea, rent boats, go snorkeling and then relax in lovely restaurants and bars.

TYPOLOGY

In only 5 minutes from the centre of Massa Lubrense, in the direction of Santa Maria Annunziata driving along a small private road you will reach the property. Then you can leave your car (in a garage or just on the side of the road), go up the steps among olive trees and ornamental plants, you will reach a large terrace furnished with chairs, tables and sofas. On the terrace you will also find a barbecue, a gas cooker and a wash-basin, made of typical stones by a local craftsman. On the first floor there is a patio equipped with a table and chairs. Even here you will find a barbecue, a wood-fired oven for pizza, a gas cooker and a wash-basin made of stones by artisans. Higher there is a huge solarium with a swimming pool where you can also find sun beds, deck chairs, and a shower and enjoy a spectacular view.
Villa Vervece has the following structure:
1. Ground floor
Upon entering the house you will see the dining area with the kitchen at the back of the room and the living room with sofas and the television. Going through the corridor you will reach the toilet and the bathroom (with a shower). Opposite there is a bedroom (with a French bed) and a beautiful view. At the end of the corridor there is a small living room (work room) from where you can reach the laundry room (equipped with a washing machine, sink and dryer), another double bedroom (with a sea view) and a matrimonial bedroom that comes with a 35 sq m exclusive panoramic terrace.
2. First floor
Going only three steps down from the patio you will find the entrance to the welcoming living room that thanks to its glass walls has a view of a small terrace and gorgeous landscape. From this point and also from the living room you can reach a fully equipped kitchen/dining room. Opposite the kitchen there is a bathroom (with a shower), a matrimonial bedroom and a twin bedroom and another matrimonial room with a panoramic terrace (3 square meters). The last two bedrooms have a spectacular view of the Gulf of Naples. When you go out (under the stairs that lead you to the swimming pool) and turn left you will find a laundry room. The entire villa is furnished with sobriety, where you can admire the simplicity of the flooring (pavement), covering and furniture. A lot of care and thought was put into the selection of the flooring and furniture. This villa is a typical holiday house with white walls (interior and external) and recalls the style of the ‘'famous Greek houses''.
