LOCATION

Villa Lux is located in the most exclusive residential area of Sorrento, a few steps away from the robust and colorful town centre. The villa is situated near the coast, in the middle of a calming green garden, where you can have an amazing view of the gulf of Naples, and are only a short distance from the beaches. Villa Lux is also situated in the historical centre of Sorrento, on the street that connects the major historical and cultural points of Sorrento. On a nice walk, after 500 meters, you can visit many sites, including "Correale di Terranova Museum", the notorious "Angelina Lauro Square", dedicated to the wife of famous ship owner Achille Lauro, "Tasso Square", the centre of the town, where you can admire the "Torquato Tasso Statue", the "Sant'Antonino Statue", and the clock tower with an ancient entry. You can also look out to the harbor and to the valley of ancient "Surrentum".

The villa is easily accessable by bus, train and taxi, and is located 5 minutes away by foot from the railway station of Sorrento, 800 meters away from the harbor of Sorrento, and 55 km away from the Naples airport.

TYPOLOGY

Villa Lux is a three-story villa. From the road, through the electric gate, you can access the parking area (for 2 or 3 cars). Immediately there is a garden furnished with 4 tables (able to accommodate up to 12 people) made of typical ceramic from the Amalfi Coast. In this area, there is a 24 square meters swimming pool (above ground), sun beds, deck chairs, and a beach umbrella. From the garden, you can access the barbecue area, which is located in the area behind the kitchen.
The villa is accessed directly from inside the garden.

First floor
You enter (where there are 2 armchairs) from the garden; on the left of the entrance you will find a large living room (from here, you can enter the garden and swimming pool area) with tables, sofas, and a fireplace; from the living room you can access the first small dining room and the study, which is equipped with a computer and WI-FI.

From the entrance, on the right, you will find a bathroom and kitchen (equipped with refrigerator, ice dispenser, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and fruit juicer) with an access to the outdoor barbecue area. On the left, from the kitchen, there is a living room (furnished with a TV, table, sofas, and 2 fireplaces) and a bigger dining area with a table where you can accommodate your guests. On the left part of the first floor, there is a bedroom with a matrimonial bed and an internal bathroom with a shower.

Ground floor
Going down some steps from the first floor, you will find a gym area (with a stereo), a laundry room (with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board) and a bathroom.

Second floor
Going up a few steps from the first floor, you will arrive to the main evening area: from the access area, you will enter the 4 matrimonial bedrooms (that can be transformed into double rooms). Two of those rooms have a private bathroom (one with a bath and shower and the other one with a jacuzzi bath and a shower); the other two bedrooms have a shared bathroom with a double sink, as well as a bath with a shower.

The whole villa is air conditioned and all rooms have their own wardrobe.
