LOCATION

You can approach the villa going in direction of Nerano on one of the main roads of Sant'Agata sui due Golfi, the property has got an electric gate at the drive way and parking spaces inside - at this point you will already be surrounded by blooming greens! The villa is within only a few hundred meters of distance from the centre of S.Agata sui due Golfi (a small town full of shops, bars and restaurants, at a very handy, central location as being close either to Nerano, Positano, Sorrento, etc.) on a hillock called Santa Maria della Neve that offers fascinating views to the Salerno Bay, the legendary cliffs named ‘Li Galli' and ‘Vetara' and to all the wonderful underlying landscape that is a fusion of the sea's vivid and sparkling colours and of the greens of the rich flora and olives.

TYPOLOGY

The main floor of the villa has got a spacious patio/terrace: ideal place for chilling-out enjoying the panorama. The furnishing is not only tasteful (wooden roof, pavements made of the tipical rocks of Massa) but convenient as well, here you can find everything you might need: a unique, handmade walnut table from Sorrento, chairs, deck-chairs, couches, barbecue (made of stone by local artisans). Each (glass-)door of the villa open to this terrace. Below, the swimming pool (of 3,5 meters x 6,5 meters + 1.5 meters  dimensions) is completely surrounded by the greens of the lawn, fruit trees and ornamental plants, and gives a splendid view of the Salerno Bay with its little islands (Li Galli and La Vetara) and the outdoor shower with could water. Let's go in the house! From the patio you will enter the living room first; 2 sofas, TV, fireplace - on your right the dining-room and the equipped kitchen whilst on your left, after a small anteroom are the bathroom (with shower) and the king size bedroom with television and sea-view. The upper floor features a tiny bedroom (single bed with only a commode), a bathroom with tub and a bedroom with 3 single beds (2 beds can become double on request) )with access to an approx. 80 square meters terrace for sunbathing. The villa was renovated in 2009 in a classy, modern style just as well as the garden.
The villa feature the air conditioning only on the first floor and is available for an extra fee.
A very important feature for those who care about privacy: although the villa is only 200 m far from the centre it is absolutely isolated from other living quarters.
