LOCATION

To get to the villa you need to follow the direction of Nerano on one of the main roads of Sant'Agata sui due Golfi called ‘Via dei Campi' ("Road of the fields" - so called because once it used be a piece of land famous of its fruit cultivation, especially of its "Limoncella" apples). It is only a few steps away from the centre of S.Agata sui due Golfi; a small town full of shops, bars and restaurants, situated on the stretch of land that separates the bay of Naples from the bay of Salerno - it has a perfect berth as from here you can easily find the way to see Sorrento, Capri, Massa Lubrense and Positano offer, or to relive the story of Pompei , Ercolano or Paestum.

TYPOLOGY

Upon entering the private gate and cross the garden (of cured lawn and ornamental plants); you will recognize the building of it's Chalet-styled skirt-shaped roof. The strength of this villa is definitely the sunbathing garden with the pool of 20 m2 that furnished with chairs, a table and deck-chairs. Anywhere you turn, all you can see is greens and flowers - a place where you can really relax, being caressed of the warm sunrays, breathing fresh air full of scents.
The entrance of the villa is opposite the pool area, you will notice as soon as you enter how much care and effort the owners put in the furnishing to recreate (with restored furnitures of old times) the real, authentic atmosphere of the Sorrento Peninsula.
First you will enter the living room that has got wooden table, chairs, TV, a chimney and two couches and is looking to the sunbathing area. Behind the living room you will find the bathroom (shower), the equipped kitchen and the laundry room (washing machine and sink). From the entrance you will find the bedrooms on your left; a king size one (with built-in furnitures and commodes), a double one, one with bunk beds and a bathroom (tub/shower). All rooms have glass windows with curtains and blinds that all look at the garden surrounding the villa in 360 degrees, some of them to the sunbathing area with the pool.
The property has got a front garden, that the owners just love to look after, with all kind of vegetables such as tomato, eggplants, courgette, lettuce, basil..... - You will be more than welcome to pick any of those treasures to taste.....!
